When my 11 year old Trane central air conditioning system stopped working I called the firm I had been using to service it. After two visits and charging me for replacements parts they advised my compressor was bad and I needed an entirely new system.
I called and spoke to the President of Air Creations, Curtis Dick, and asked if they could come take a look at my system, and his partner Bob Tekula came out. Bob took the time to carefully and thoroughly look at my outside unit and after some time and effort diagnosed the real problem. Mice had chewed through (7) seven copper wires causing the electrical system to fail. He repaired the wires and re-charged the system and it is completely operational again.
